Nice video, here try this. Warm up a cloth in warmhot water and put against eyes without applying too much pressure. This brings fresh blood to eyes, eliminates toxins, increases elasticity, and improves vision significantly. This beats every eye exercise…*plus warmth*

@freakyguy7 you should do close your eyes when doing this exercise, then, close your eyes for 3 minutes and then watch at a far place, better a tree or green thing without your glass for couple minutes, then you can go back to work..:) the better time to do this exercise is on 10 AM or 3PM, that’s what we did when i was in school in China.

do you see 20/20 right now? I’ve also got around -2.75, and am kind of starting with exercising and take my glasses of if I don’t need them.

dinkaDPB January 24, 2011 at 5:07 pm

@dinkaDPB when in that mood eyesight can really improve. its a big change to what is usually normal so some thinking and adjusting to it is necessary. you may feel like you’re changing your identity. its good to drop aggresive gestures with the eyes or using them as a sign of hostility (if you are doing that)

dinkaDPB January 24, 2011 at 6:06 pm

@DPat6590 in august last year i was trying to spend a whole day without glasse. with -2.75D prescriptoin. i couldn’t even sit in front of a computer monitor and see anything clearly. right now i can use a computer with absolutely no problems. i think anyone can get 100% good eyesight in daylight if they have the focus, priorities and the openmindedness to change their moods and habits. if you do a circular movement with yoru eyes you may notice that when relaxing for that your mood changes.

DPat6590 January 24, 2011 at 6:39 pm

What about from like excessive tv use. When I was younger I played video games all the time and my eyes would burn. Do you think its possible for them to recover.

how fast does this eye exercises rebuild your vision ?

dinkaDPB January 24, 2011 at 7:20 pm

laser eye surgery is gay. if you just stop acting like a cow with your vision and mood habits. be relaxed to smile and swich the polarity of your lens. +/- you can recover natural eyesight back to 20/20 level. astigmatism is just temporary imperfections on the cornea’s surface due to excessive squinting

@SuperJanPaolo Depends on your personal vision situation but many people have found it improves or cures their eyesight. I’m sure I’d be wasting my breath suggesting you spend less time looking at screens but at least you should start a habit of exercising your eyes every hour or so….

@swiggsy1994 Probably – use them and let us know…..

Hey man. I would like to tell you that um…does…it *grins* cure my myopia? Please answer whenever you can, appreciate any help.
If it DOES matter: I’m 16, I spend six hours a day in front of an electrical device(including PC, TV and iPhone). And also I’m healthy and eat a ratio of 1:5 veggies to meat.

Are you really 62 years old?

Reply

yearsyoungernow January 25, 2011 at 3:31 am

@sidmaloek Since amblyopia is an issue with a part of the brain, it is unlikely that the exercises would help but work on them and let us hear if there are improvements. On the other hand, some strabismus is due to problems with the eye muscles, so they might help. Again, do the exercises regularly for a few months and let us know.

sidmaloek January 25, 2011 at 4:06 am

@yearsyoungernow My eyes do feel more relaxed by doing these exercises since a week but I was wondering whether these exercises help to improve amblyopia and strabismus?

@youztube19903 Once or twice a day should be enough. There’s no need to take breaks but it doesn’t matter if you don’t do them every now and again.

youztube19903 January 25, 2011 at 5:24 am

@youztube19903 Undoubtedly they would help. Especially with the computer and TV, you could use the re-focussing exercises every couple of hours. Other factors that might be affecting your eyes are discussed in the book available from YearsYoungerNaturally com

I had lasik about a year ago and have regressed a bit since then. I tend to stress my eyes out alot for some reason, mainly my right one. I play the computer and watch T.V. alot. Im not outside that much, a few walks a week. Do you think these excercises would be good for me after lasik?
