Video Rating: 4 / 5

Here is the requested update video on the eye exercises to clarify the divergent method. I also added at the very beginning the importance having an open-mind to allow yourself to receive the effects of these practices.

Is this intended to help with amblyopia or stribismus (lazy eye)?

What a great practice! She looks quite relaxed at the end. I wonder if it really helps prevent myopia.

I have really bad myopia and I am looking to try eye exercises. Just wondering what was your vision like before the exercises?

this is wonderful…:)..and the relaxing music.. sometimes i find it hard to keep an open mind…like when ppl meditate i could never fully get or…know what to feel how your supposed to feel and where you go in your mind…i can never fully relax but being positive is..always good. i just found that its difficult seeing in my left eye this has never happen and im worried..but im going to do whatever it takes=)

@waal you are exactly right. an air particle suspended in space.

Reply

waal September 26, 2011 at 1:39 am

I have a good question about the convergence method. What is there in the space between your finger and eyes to focus on? i feel like you’re asking me to focus on a transparent air particle. please help me!

@CPXxstreme “once the fingers split you start focusing on either the left or right one.” when you are done there, play around with different distances (placing the fingers father or move it slightly around)

JxonDany September 26, 2011 at 2:55 am

@aznboi924 doesn’t matter.

CPXxstreme September 26, 2011 at 3:00 am

Wait so you for the divergent method you stick your finger out, make by looking past the finger at the wall but do you keep looking at the wall? Or once the fingers spilt you start focusing on either the left or right one?

Should you avoid wearing your glasses after these excersices?

@randomo100 Relaxation and effort is a real discipline. In order for one to break out of the habit of bad vision to a new habit of a good vision, concentration and will power is heavily tested. That’s why it is easier for some to achieve and more difficult for others to achieve.

Thanks for answering! Another question :p. I have noticed that people on other eye exercise videos saying that the exercise only improved their vision for a short period (2-3 days) before it went back to the normal blurry vision. Is that true that eye exercises only temporarily improve vision and if so, why? Thanks so much!

JxonDany September 26, 2011 at 7:00 am

@randomo100 I can assure you that it doesn’t. Crossing your eyes is yet another ability. Learning one does not remove you of another (straight-eyed). If you can adjust your paradigm into accepting, “I add to my tool belt by learning more” as opposed to “negating from my tool belt” then you will benefit from crossing your eyes.

randomo100 September 26, 2011 at 7:23 am

From the focal point exercise, won’t I become cross eyed? I was told to not cross my eyes much because your eyes would then permanently cross if you performed that action enough. Please get back to me! Thanks!

This is evident in the fact that you’re expecting answers as opposed to searching through the many comments that are available to you.

@sykkix no… the point of the exercise is to calibrate by stretching your eye muscles. If you have a severe mal-alignment, it’ll take some time for you to reverse it. Being relaxed stabilizes your energy, and being positive turns your energy onto a direction. The exercises remind your body and mind where you want to go or become. In this case, a person with aligned vision.

also, i sensed that your energy is quite speedy. if you can relax yourself in the years ahead, you’ll eventually get it

sykkix September 26, 2011 at 8:13 am

I know being positive is important, however is that the only thing you have done?

Reply

sykkix September 26, 2011 at 8:56 am

Hey! Can you please share what exaclty you did to restore your vision? I have been doing some exercises and relaxing my eyes. I also have pin-hole glasses, but I haven’t been using them… Please help! Please share how you have done it!

@dukistyles your vision has gotten worse because your daily habits forced your body’s alignment out of tune. assess your daily habits and see how you can first remove the stress, and unlearn those habits. it took you 6 years for your eyes to learn MYOPIA, maybe it’ll take another 6 years for it to unlearn it. The fast learner can unlearn it well, question is, how fast a learner are you?

dukistyles September 26, 2011 at 11:57 am

Do you know how can myopia be cured , my vision has gotten worse and I wear contacts and glasses , over 6 years
