Well hunnie I am in the same thing as you. I dont know all the exerises. But I do that some,
Take a pencil and keep your eyes on it,
Then move it up and down, and all around,
Just make sure you keep your eye on it! So that all I know hunnie good luck!

This is complete hocus pocus. There are no exercises to improve vision. If you have trouble reading and are less than 40 and have no astigmatism or other refractive error, then you may have what is known as accommodative insufficiency. This may be improved with the pencil pushups described in the other answer.

Aside from this, eye exercises are complete hocus pocus and have no proven benefit. They are often prescribed by optometrists, who are not medical doctors.

See an ophthalmologist (medical doctor and surgeon) if you think you have a problem. Hopefully, you might just need glasses.
