There’s a lot of vein growth in my eyes. What can I do besides stepping away every 20 minutes?

Basic eye exercises can be done on the job and do not take a lot of time.

On the plus side, they are relaxing. 🙂

you know, I got that problem too..(once in a while)…but there is another way to treat our eyes by taking LUTEIN- is a vitamin and mineral supplement for our eyes…now if it gets worse just like your eyes feel very tired and worse scenario you feel dizzy, you might have allergies and if in that case, use FEXOFENADINE- is a very use full medicine for any kind of allergies.

make it a routine that every 30mins you have 30seconds to exercise your eyes by looking at your back..away from your computer. make a cycle motion 10 times…you feel it great. 🙂

Decrease the brightness of your computer and take frequent breaks.
