An eye exam. Since your eyes are straining, your prescription is probably changing.

Understand that I am not a Medical Professional and I can’t offer you advice. I see my eye doctor as needed. However, I use an eye wash, eye irrigating solution from a local pharmacy (Eye Relief by Bausch & Lomb). Sometimes, I make my own eye wash solution with table salt and water. I make it to a lite soft taste that I can faintly taste the salt. (About 1/8 teaspoon to 4 or 5 Oz. water.) Eye drops help sometimes. There are many on the market and your local pharmacy can help you.

You may need computer glasses to completely alleviate your strain. Do you take breaks while working on the computer? The rule of thumb is to look in the distance (this relaxes your eyes) for 20 seconds for every 20 minutes of close up work you do.
