Preventing eyestrain from digital screens

Use of laptops, cell phones, and other digital devices can cause eyestrain associated with Computer Vision Syndrome. Adjust screen settings on your computer and reduce screen time to alleviate the symptoms.

it is the lcd monitor syndromes, it has something to do with the back light flickering. I want my crt monitor back.

Using sun glasses is best for me, never any pain afterwards.
