Question by Adam S: Are there any computer monitors that are particularly good for less eye strain?
I have had my monitor for over a decade now. It has been very durable and worked well, but once in awhile I do have some eye strain.

I was wondering if there are any monitors that are particularly good on the eyes?

Thanks 🙂

ive never ever needed to squint my eyes to see anything. widescreen is a plus for movies and stuff. only problem i would say is its max resolution but besides that, its really a good monitor.

What do you think? Answer below!

Basiacally the higher the refresh rate, the less likely to get eyestrain.
Thogh external factors liek bright lights, been to close, not stopping for hours on end cna also lead to eyestrain.
New TFT montiors did have problems with bad refresh rates, but now you can even get ones wiht 120hz refresh rates ( thogh 60/70hz is common)
