Question by : Does eye exercises really improve vision ?
I am not interested in wearing glasses or contacts lenses. Some one here recommended me that eye exercises will improve vision. Does it really work?

I did the Palming method and it did work for me when i first started doing it i did see an improvement in my vision. The only thing is you will have to stick with it otherwise if you stop your eyes will go back to how they originally were.

drink aamla juice daily that wil help in improving the vision.

They exercise the muscles surrounding the eye. They do nothing to change the shape of the eye, which is the cause of near and farsightedness – the physical length of the eye is different than the optical length.

No exercise, drug, herb, supplement, food or special diet can help; your options are glasses, contacts or surgery. That’s it.
