Question by You may be right: What can I do for better eye health?
I saw some eye vitamin stuff at the store for $ 30, but I don’t know if that would really work good

As long as you are eating a good diet already that is good for the whole body, then your eyes will benefit at the same time. Your blood will carry the nutrients the eyes can use to the right place.

No special vitamins are needed for the eyes.

Unless it was vitamins for people with age related Macaulay degeneration and you are someone with age related macular degeneration with large soft drusen, then the vitamins will be of no value.

The single most important thing you can do to protect your eyes from disease is to not smoke.
