A normal good diet that is good for your body is automatically good for your eye health too.

If your eyesight is destined to stay good, it will.

But, you will need reading glasses eventually anyway, regardless how good your eyes are. That is just normal aging , and nothing can change that once you get to your mid 40’s.

There are lots of vitamins being pushed at some sites for eye health, such as beta carotene, lutein, ect…but it is all a waste of money.

Most of those vitamins are prescribed for patients with macular degeneration , but only to slow the progression, after it has been diagnosed. They do nothing to prevent it.

It’s just about all genetics as to how healthy your eyes will remain.

I’ve been blessed with perfect sight all my life , and I’ve never taken vitamins, or anything else aside from a half decent diet. I’m 58 now, and only need reading glasses since I hit 47or so…no big deal.
